1. Shipping Information
· All products are shipped from Korea.

The shipping cost from Korea to the destination country is measured.

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays).
The longer processing time is due to the transition from local logistics to international shipping, during which tracking numbers are not yet available.
Tracking becomes available 2–3 days after the tracking number is issued. -
Post box delivery is not possible.
Basic packets are sent randomly, such as USPS, Post Office Courier, FedEx, and DHL.
2. Import tariff information
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Transportation accidents
The courier's official result must be notified to KRKOCOShop.
