Refund Details
If an order is cancelled, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total order amount will be deducted from the refund. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Why This Fee Applies
When a payment is cancelled, Shopify Payments and other payment gateway providers may charge our store additional costs, including currency exchange differences, cancellation fees, and refund processing fees.
