Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 business days from the date the order is received.

  • Please contact us through the chatbot with your order number before requesting a return.
  • If the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • To prevent intentional damage claims, photos and videos may be required.
  • KRKOCO is not responsible for lost items during return shipping.

Are there any cancellation fees if I cancel my order?

Yes. If an order is canceled, our store deducts a 10% cancellation fee from the total order amount before issuing the refund.

This is because payment gateways such as Shopify Payments and other PG providers may charge currency exchange losses and non-refundable transaction or cancellation fees when an order is canceled.

Since the average order value in our store is relatively high, it is difficult for us to absorb these costs internally, so the cancellation fee is charged to the customer.

If you do not agree with the cancellation fee policy, please refrain from placing an order.

Shipping Information

  • All products are shipped from Korea.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.
  • All orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • Processing may take longer because the order must be transferred from local logistics to international shipping before the tracking number becomes available.
  • Tracking information usually becomes available 2–3 days after the tracking number is issued.
  • P.O. Box delivery is not available.
  • Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • Large items may be shipped as bulk products.

Import Tariff Information

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price.
  • These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If you request a 1:1 consultation regarding import tariffs, we will provide guidance as much as possible.

Dangerous Goods

Each country has different regulations regarding hazardous or restricted products. KRKOCO is not responsible for confirming whether a purchased product is permitted or restricted in the customer’s country.

Customers are responsible for checking whether the product can be imported into their destination country. If you request a 1:1 consultation, we will provide guidance as much as possible.

Customs Clearance Refusal

Buyers are responsible for any customs-related issues, including import taxes, refusal of customs clearance, prohibited items, or restrictions in the destination country.

KRKOCO is not responsible for problems caused by customs clearance refusal. If the package is returned due to customs issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any related fees.

Transportation Accidents

In the event of a transportation accident, the official result from the courier company must be provided to KRKOCO.

Return Due to Non-Receipt

If the item is returned because the customer did not receive or collect the package, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and any related return fees.
