1. Shipping Information


·All products are shipped from Korea.
- The shipping cost from Korea to the destination country is measured.
- All orders are processed within 72 hours.
- Post box delivery is not possible.

Basic packets are sent randomly, such as USPS, Post Office Courier, FedEx, and DHL.



2. Import tariff information

- Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.
-However, if you ask for 1:1 consultation about import tariffs, we will guide you in detail!


3. Dangerous Goods

- Different countries have different policies on hazardous product issues. KRKOCO Shop is not responsible for providing this information, so it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased product is harmful.

4. Refusal of customs clearance


- Buyers are responsible for tax denials, prohibited items, and any other customs-related issues, and buyers are obliged to familiarize themselves with the customs policies of the shipping country.
- Therefore, KRkoco Shop is not responsible for any problems caused by customs clearance refusal. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.


5. Transportation accidents

what happens if there are banned items in my shipment?

Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value.  
We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments.  If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, 
is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
 

will i receive a refund if i refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
