1. Shipping Information

·All products are shipped from Korea.
- The shipping cost from Korea to the destination country is measured.
- All orders are processed within 72 hours.
- Post box delivery is not possible.

 


Basic packets are sent randomly, such as USPS, Post Office Courier, FedEx, and DHL.



2. Import tariff information
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.
-However, if you ask for 1:1 consultation about import tariffs, we will guide you in detail!


3. Dangerous Goods


- Different countries have different policies on hazardous product issues. KRKOCO Shop is not responsible for providing this information, so it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased product is harmful.

4. Refusal of customs clearance


- Buyers are responsible for tax denials, prohibited items, and any other customs-related issues, and buyers are obliged to familiarize themselves with the customs policies of the shipping country.
- Therefore, KRkoco Shop is not responsible for any problems caused by customs clearance refusal. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

5. Transportation accidents


The courier's official result must be notified to KRKOCOShop.

8.Regarding shipping packaging

 

Certain packages categorized as CC or TD (category) or some special offers may have packaging that is too large. In such cases, the packaging may be dismantled and repacked separately.

If the customer does not agree to this, additional shipping costs will need to be paid.

For international shipping, costs are based not only on weight but also on volumetric weight, which can result in shipping fees being two to three times higher.
