Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy
Are there any cancellation fees if I cancel my order?
Yes. If an order is canceled, our store deducts a 10% cancellation fee from the total order amount before issuing the refund.
This is because payment gateways such as Shopify Payments and other PG providers may charge currency exchange losses and non-refundable transaction or cancellation fees when an order is canceled.
Since the average order value in our store is relatively high, it is difficult for us to absorb these costs internally. Therefore, the cancellation fee is charged to the customer.
If you do not agree with the cancellation policy, please refrain from placing an order.

1. Shipping Information
- All products are shipped from Korea.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.
- Orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.
- Processing may take longer due to the transition from local logistics to international shipping.
- Tracking information usually becomes available 2–3 days after the tracking number is issued.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.
- Shipments may be handled by various carriers including USPS, Korea Post, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination and logistics conditions.
2. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, service fees, administration fees, warehousing fees, and any other customs-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs regulations vary by country, so customers are strongly advised to contact their local customs office before placing an order.

3. Dangerous Goods & Restricted Items
Each country has different regulations regarding hazardous, restricted, or prohibited products.
Customers are responsible for confirming whether purchased products can legally be imported into their country.
KRKOCO is not responsible for verifying import restrictions in each destination country.
By law, we must declare shipments according to their actual contents and value. Requests to alter declaration values or product information cannot be accepted.
If customs authorities confiscate any item, KRKOCO is not responsible for refund or reshipment.
4. Customs Clearance Refusal
Buyers are fully responsible for customs-related issues, including refusal to pay customs duties, prohibited items, failure to submit required documents, or other customs clearance problems.
If a package is refused, returned, or confiscated due to customs issues, KRKOCO is not responsible for refund or reshipment.
If the package is returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and related fees.
5. Transportation Accidents
In the event of shipping damage or transportation accidents, customers must provide the courier’s official report to KRKOCO.
Please contact the carrier first, then contact us with supporting photos, videos, and documentation.
6. Return Due to Non-Receipt
If an item is returned because the customer failed to receive, collect, or respond to customs/delivery requests, the customer is responsible for all related shipping and return costs.

8. Shipping Packaging
To reduce unnecessary volumetric shipping costs, we may remove or open certain outer packaging and repack items in a more compact form when necessary.
If you do not want the packaging to be opened, additional shipping fees may apply due to increased package volume.
In most cases, packaging is not opened unless the product is large or bulky.
Please understand that these adjustments help us maintain competitive pricing and reasonable international shipping costs.
