Order processing takes at least 7 days, excluding public holidays.
Please note that Korean public holidays and weekends are not included in the order processing period.

As shipments are sent from Korea to overseas destinations, delivery takes a minimum of 14 days.
For certain countries affected by war or regional conflicts, delivery may take over one month.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & REFUND POLICY
