Currently, all shipments to the United States are being sent via FEDEX regardless of the order amount.
However, due to current U.S. customs policies, delivery delays of at least 1 month up to 2 months may occur. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Refunds due to shipping or customs clearance delays are not possible, so please be mindful before purchasing.
Additionally, customs duties must be paid, and for skincare products, a tariff of approximately 20% plus clearance fees is typically applied.
For orders that are already in transit, refunds are strictly not available for the reasons stated above. Thank you for your understanding.
